---COMMUNITY BREAKFAST FEBRUARY 15TH, 2017 FEATURES HABITAT FOR HUMANITY Our next Community Breakfast will be Wednesday, February 15th, at 8am in the Barry Community Enrichment Center, Leason Sharpe Hall. The Community Breakfast is sponsored by the Family Support Center, Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA), DHHS Foster Care and Barry Great Start Coalition BISD.

Our purpose is to bring awareness to the services available to help in the safety or well-being of our families and youth.

In February learn about Habitat for Humanity of Barry County. “We have helped more than 40 families I building and rehabilitating affordable homes. Do you know someone from a low-income family who is looking for an affordable home? Habitat for Humanity Barry County is a nonprofit organization that offers assistance to low-income families by giving them a chance to have their own homes. Basic Criteria to Become a Habitat Homeowner:

1.  You must need a home.

2.  You must be willing to partner with us and put sweat equity into your home.

3.  You must be able to sustain the mortgage payment. (We use the HUD guidelines to determine this)

Come listen to Cindy Preston explain who you know that might qualify for a Habitat Home and how the process works!

The free quarterly breakfast is held at 231 S. Broadway St. Leason Sharpe Hall, Hastings, from 8am to 9am. Those who plan to attend are asked to call 269-945-KIDZ(5439) or email karen@familysuppotbarry.com
