A Electronic Recycling event will be held today from 10am -2pm at the Gun Lake Tribe's Government Campus, across the street from the Casino.  Just follow the signs to the Public Works Building.  There is a $10 fee to recycle Tube style Televisions and Computer Monitors.  Acceptable items include household electronics, cell phones, speakers, power cords, radio's, microwaves, vcr's, computer laptop, keyboards and mouse, printers and tv

The Alzheimer's Association will present a Lunch & Learn Workshop Tuesday, March 6th at the Barry County Commission On Aging, 320 W. Woodlawn Avenue in Hastings from 10am til 1pm.

A Service fair begins at 10am followed by Service Presentations, lunch at 11:30am  and A "Know The Signs" Presentation at 11:40 by the Alzheimer's Assocaition.

Sign up for Lunch by Feb. 28, 2017.  Lunch is $2.00 for people age 60 or better and $4.00 for those under age 60.  There will be no congregate dining on March 6th,   To sign up call the Barry COA at 269-948-4856.

The Michigan Blood Bank Bus will be at the Gun Lake Casino today from 10am til 8pm.

Michigan Blood is a non profit blood bank serving hospitals in South West Michigan.

Share the Light Soup Supper is served every Tuesday at 5:00p.m. til 6:00pm at the Hastings First United Methodist Church off Green and Church Streets in Hastings. Donations accepted but not necessary
