Barry-Eaton District Health Dept. Needs Barry Co. Residents voice to understand your Health

Barry County Residents, The Barry Eaton District Health Dept. & Corewell Health are updating the Barry County Community Health Needs Assessment.  Barry County Residents are invite to share their thoughts about health, their experiences getting medical care and the neighborhood conditions that affect health in Barry County.

These interviews will help health care and community services providers measure how healthy we are, what health conditions we deal with, and root causes of those problems.  Registered participants will earn an Amazon $50 Gift Card.  Space is limited and registration is required.  incentives are only available to registered and confirmed participants.

Oct. 22nd Underserved Barry County Residents, who are uninsured, unemployed or low income, enrolled in Medicaid or Medicare, living with a disability or in recovery, or are receiving food assistance. Interviews will be held at Delton District Library from 4pm to 5:30pm.

Oct. 23rd: General Community Interviews open to all residents of Barry County will meet at the Cherry Health (Barry Community Health Center) at 3:30-5pm.

Oct. 24th: Interviews for Barry County Residents with Behavioral Health conditions or Services,  Interviews will be held at the Barry County Community Mental Health, (Michigan Community Room) from 4pm to 5:30pm.

Hastings-Community Breakfast
