The Barry County Bar Assoc. will celebrate Law Day Friday, May 1st. The Ceremony will commence with a reception at 11:00am at the Barry County Circuit Courtroom and conclude with a formal ceremony at 12:00pm.
The Keynote Speaker is Timothy VerHey, United States Attorney for the Western District of Michigan. He will speak on the Law Day theme: The Rule of Law & the American Dream.
The Barry County Bar Assoc. will present grants to the 2026 Co-winnners: Barry County Serenity Village, starting over for success and the Barry County Junior Golf Assoc. The Liberty Bell Award will be presented to Carla Wilson-Neil, recently retired COO of Spectrum Health Pennock.. The public is welcome to attend.
