Community Breakfast @ Hastings Emmanuel Episcopal Church

From 8:00AM to 9:30AM

Emmanuel invites you to their Saturday morning Communtiy Breakfast every Saturday serving from 8am til 9:30am.  Enjoy a delicious hot breakfast. 

Also if you need food or would like to donate food visit Emmanuel's Food Pantry (grey box) by the Entrance.  It is a self serve pantry available 24/7.

Grit Grace & Grandeur The making of a Denver Diva A lecture & traveling exhibit with Maggie Murphy

Grit, Grace and Grandeur: The making of a Denver diva,(Gladys Hagee Mathew 1896-1981), a lecture and traveling exhibit with Maggie Murphy will be presented May 2nd at 10am at the Hastings Public Library.  Mathew's remarkable life is a tale of survival, musical excellence and historical preservation, including a 500 year archive of Tudor-era treasures and American history.

Nashville MI-Veteran Outreach Open House

The VFW Post 8260 in Nashville will hold a Veteran Outreach Open House Sat. May 2nd from 10am to 1:00pm.  Free admission, free food, free Answers!  Representatives will be offerin assistance with veterans benefits, essential needs, housing, legal aid, mental health, employment, community integration and more.

This event is open to the community, VFW membership is not required.

Revitalize Delton Community Auction

Revitalize Delton's Community will hold an Auction Saturday,May 2nd  from 10:00am to 5:30pm, at the Delton Moose Lodge.  Proceeds go to Non profits including; Revitalize Delton, D.K. Education Foundation, Delton Moose Lodge, Delton VFW, American Legion, Delton Rotary, Delton Boy Scouts, Bernhard Museum, Shack, Delton Womens Center, Richland Rotary, Hastings Rotary and the Otsego VFW.

Tri River Historical Museum Tour:Start in Freeport Museum

Spring into the past at the Freeport Museum Saturday, May 2nd from 12 to 5pm. Come see their new giant map that traces how Freeport came to be.  Enjoy some refreshments.  This Event is part of the Tri-River Historical Museum Network's  Sping into The Past weekend. The southern half of our smal town museums will be open including;  Barnard Museum in Delton, Charlton Park Village & Museum, Welsh Museum in Sunfield,The Depot in Lake Odessa.  Start in Freeport and pick up your booklet of over 30 museums that pare a part of Tri-River Museum Network.
