Clarksville Memorial Day Parade

Clarksville invites you to join them in remembering our fallen soldiers with a Memorial Day Parade Monday, May 25th.  Ride a bicycle,horse, or in your car. Walk by yourself or bring your dog,  Parade line up is 8:15am at the Clarksville Library. Parade steps off at 8:30am and travels to the Clarksville Cemetery where a Memorial Day Service will be held.

Hastings American Legion Lawrence J. Bauer Post #45 Memorial Day Parade

To pay tribute to all those fallen service members who sacrificed their lives for our freedom, Lawrence J. Bauer American Legion Post 45 invites you to the 2026 Memorial Day Parade Monday, May 25th beginning at 9:30am.

Parade line up at 8:30am at Boltwood & E. State Street, heading west on State St. to Tyden Park's Veterans Memorial to place wreaths & Rifle Salute, Taps & Presentation honoring all veterans, then on north Broadway stopping on Bridge to place a wreath in the Thornapple River to honor military personnel who have served on and under the seas. Honor guard will fire a rifle salute, followed by TAPS. 

Riverside Cemetery on W. State Road will be the final stop at the GAR Monument at the end of the Avenue of Flags. A Memorial Day service will be held there.

No political signs, banners, posters, sirens or horns will be allowed in the parade.  Participants will not be allowed to distribute candy, handouts etc. to spectators.
