Hastings Summerfest weekend Aug. 28th-30th

The Hastings Summerfest is an annual summer festival held in Downtown Hastings by the Barry County Chamber of Commerce Summerfest Committee. The event features arts & crafts vendors on the courthouse lawn, concessions, free trolley rides, children’s activities, a softball tournament, 3-on-3 basketball, 5K run, parade on Sat., car show on Sunday, live entertainment and a refreshment tent. Hastings Summer Fest Sunday activities include a Community Worship Service at the Thornapple Plaza with BBQ 9am-12pm. Arts & Crafts on the Court House Lawn 10am to 4pm. and the Big Car Show throughout downtown Hastings. Concessions available.

Hastings Summerfest Community Worship Service

From 9:30AM to 12:00PM

Summerfest Community Worship Service will be held by the Hastings Ministerial Alliance Sunday, August 30th at the Thornapple Plaza 9:30am to 11am, followed by a free cookout from 11 til 12pm. Pastors and musicians from the First Presbyterian Church, Green Street Church, Hastings Nazarene, Hope Church, Nashville United Methodist Church, St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church & Welcome Corners Church,will provide worship and food. Donations collected will support the New Hastings Skate Park.
