With the first taste of winter this Wednesday morning Hastings Chief of Police Jeff Pratt reminds motorist parking restriction on city streets go into effect at midnight. No parking between  2-am to 6-am

 Warning citations will be issued the first week giving motorist time to get use to the winter night time parking hours.
