Hastings Police arrested a Hastings individual when they learned there was a warrant for his arrest in addition to finding in his possession a glass pipe that tested positive for meth.
Police also arrested a Hastings resident during a traffic stop when Central dispatch informed the officer he was driving on a suspended license and there was no license plate on the vehicle.
The police during the traffic stop also found the individual was carrying pills that he said were for his dog, but turned out to be anti-depressant pills but not for a dog.
Both incidents are now in the hands of the Barry County Prosecutor.
