A 144 unit affordable housing project in Middleville that will help attract talent to the area and fill a need for local employers and business advocates is about to get underway.  Family owned Dutch Developers LLC, run by brothers Nate, Eric & Josh Heyboer, will host a groundbreaking ceremony Thursday, March 27th for the $25 million dollar MidVilla Flats project.
