On Saturday evening at 5:55 pm, The Barry County Sheriff’s Office responded to Woodlawn Ave near Becker Road for a one vehicle fatal crash. The investigation determined a truck was traveling eastbound on Woodlawn, left the roadway and struck a tree. The driver was a 79 year old male from Hastings and was pronounced deceased at the scene. The crash remains under investigation.
