It is a sad day here at WBCH Radio. Longtime broadcaster and our friend Dave McIntyre passed away this morning (Friday) at the age of 88. Dave was the voice of “Hastings and Barry County”  on WBCH radio for 65 years before retiring in August 2025. Dave was hired by Ken Radant in 1959 and has been a longtime trusted voice on WBCH AM & FM, entertaining and informing listeners throughout Hastings and Barry County day after day, year after year,  with news, sports, weather and more for over six decades.  Dave touched many lives over the years and will be truly missed by all who knew him. Services are pending at this time.
