Alzheimer's Assoc. Lunch & Learn Sign up today

The Alzheimer's Association will present a Lunch & Learn Workshop Tuesday, March 6th at the Barry County Commission On Aging, 320 W. Woodlawn Avenue in Hastings from 10am til 1pm.

A Service fair begins at 10am followed by Service Presentations, lunch at 11:30am  and A "Know The Signs" Presentation at 11:40 by the Alzheimer's Assocaition.

Sign up for Lunch by Feb. 28, 2017.  Lunch is $2.00 for people age 60 or better and $4.00 for those under age 60.  There will be no congregate dining on March 6th,   To sign up call the Barry COA at 269-948-4856.

Punch Drunk at Bob's Barn Jamborees

Punch Drunk will be recording before live audience on 2-26-17 at Bob's Barn Jamborees at 3 PM to 4 PM before the regular open mic jam from 4 PM to 7 PM. The Valentines Day show will have lots of songs of new love, lost love, wishing there was love, glad there is love etc etc. This is a hot show.
The group plays ukelele, guitar, harmonica etc and sing. Their show is very interesting and fun to watch. Chuck Deyo, John Stevens French and perhaps another. They are very active in the Ukelele scene in Michigan and are here regularly at the third Friday night Lake-O Ukers ! jam in the barn.
